No additional software is required
Thanks to a unique direct link to your Exchange server (internal or hosted) the Evoko Room Manager is installed without any additional server or software on the company’s Exchange server. Not even a plug-in in Outlook is needed. This means that the installation will not trespass on IT security. Furthermore, it makes the installation itself real easy.
New to Evoko Room Manager?
First, we recommend getting to know the Evoko Room Manager by watching the short interactive User Guide. As a system administrator it is of extra importance to watch the chapter ”Book in MS Outlook”.

IMPORTANT! Please read and follow the steps in the System Administrator’s Guide and Manual for a clean and easy installation.
1) Create an email account for each meeting room in the MS Exchange server
2) Install the PC Application (Evoko Configurator)
3) Configure the room settings with the PC Application
4) Export settings to the Evoko Room Manager
5) Start the Evoko Room Manager
6) Done!

If you are installing a new Evoko Room Manager unit with Evoko Software 2.1.1.4 or earlier for the first time, follow these steps:
• Go to www.evoko.se/support
• Download and install the latest Evoko Configurator & Software on your computer
• Use the Evoko Configurator to export your settings to a USB memory stick
• Connect the USB memory stick into the Evoko Room Manager device
• Power up and connect the network cable
• Click Upgrade Application on the start screen
• Click Upgrade on the second screen
• Remove the USB memory stick
If you are upgrading an already installed Evoko Room Manager unit with Evoko software 2.1.1.14 or earlier to 3.0.4.4 or later, follow these steps:
• Go to www.evoko.se/support
• Download and install the latest Evoko Configurator & Software on your computer
• Use the Evoko Configurator to export your settings to a USB memory stick
• Connect the USB memory stick into the Evoko Room Manager device
• Go to Sys Admin login using your 4 digit pin code
• Click Update Configuration
• Click Upgrade Application
• Remove the USB memory stick
